It’s full spring here where I live and the sunshine makes me dig deep for these strong colorfull papers :)

I used Star swirl round, Star swirl long och Startexture to hot up the paper a bit

My mother is very important to me and we are very close. We currently live very far apart but speak on the phone at least once a day, which we have since I moved out. I am very happy with how this photo turned out. I took it last Christmas and wanted to do something special with it that symbolize mum. I’ve chosen colors for the layout that fit her. When I saw that pink-purple paper I knew right away what I wanted to do with it.

I chose to do the layout clean and simple with few decorations. The decoration in the close-up is the stamp scallop journaling small and buttons with tulle attached.

It’s only a few days until easter! I don’t usually send easter cards but I made one for a special friend :)

For this card I used Lovis and Bubbly from journaling #1

Already a new month and time for another challenge!

This is what you’re gonna do:

- Create something inspired by the sketch
- Use at least one stamp from Tingtura (no other material limits)
- Send your contribution (one per person) to challenge@tingtura.se latest 30 of April

The winner gets a gift voucher worth 100 SEK!

Here are two interpretations of the sketch:

For this layout I made my own background using Dots several times with a watermark stamp pad and then embossed with clear powder. The journaling spot is Scallop Small and I stamped it with StazOn on a piece of clear plastic. The red hearts will soon appear in the webshop too.

For the card I used one of our big sellers Girl hugging Heart and she is colored with distress ink. On the big flower I stamped Bubbel wrap Medium and on the small flower its Dotted circle small. Then I sprayed them with a few different mists. Stamping and spraying flowers is such a simple technique and it gives them so much more life! We have lots of texture stamps you should try this with.

The Stamps of the Week this time is Urban Sky Swirls which you’ll find at a nice price in the webshop.

Here is a layout using the stamps.

I’ve used stamps from Urban Swirls and Bubble Wrap Big and Lined Circle Spot.

The clouds in this card is the wavy cloud swirl embossed with white powder on the blue distressed background. Girl with flowers is colored with distress ink and the cut out and added to the card withfoam squares.
